Waterford Area Partnership are proud to launch The WorkAbility: Inclusive Pathways to Employment Programme β an exciting new national initiative dedicated to advancing employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
This forward-thinking programme is designed to:

Equip employers with the tools and knowledge to confidently recruit and support a diverse workforce

Foster meaningful partnerships that promote inclusive practices in the workplace

To introduce this initiative and support local employers, we are delighted to invite you to our inaugural Disability Awareness Training session in Dungarvan:
